At Swift Middle School we are committed to maintaining high standards of learning for all students.  As an educator working in content specific classrooms on the Navy Team, I am committed to helping all students achieve their highest potential! Within these classroom walls, students begin their learning while working at their own pace, and using their unique strengths to achieve individual success!  This is maximizing on learning that is focused on the unique strengths of each student, but still mediated by the teachers. I teach by example and live these five basic beliefs, instilling them into the students I work with.

I look forward to working with your child as their Casemanager.  I will coordinate with  Navy Team teachers to help all students live happily by the Swift Code of Conduct and be responsible citizens of Swift Middle School.  I am available daily during school hours to answer any questions you may have about your child's individual educational program.  Please feel free to email me at Kaiserch@watertownctschools.org or by phoning the school at 860-945-4830 X2136.   You can also access any of the links provided on the bottom of this page at any time to check with individual teachers about your child's progress on the team.  We would be happy to have you attend a team meeting or talk to you at your convenience.
