Absences

You miss out on important classroom discussion and activities when you are absent. Please do your best to come to school on a daily basis. When you return to school from an absence it is your responsbility to check with each of your teachers to find out what you missed. Together we will work out a plan for you to complete your work. If you are absent on the day of a test or a quiz, you will be expected to take the test or quiz on the day you return.    

                      Be aware and be prepared.                      

Homework

Homework is a very important part of our course of study. It is a useful tool to reinforce lessons that have been presented and to check for understanding. Your homework will not be enormously time consuming nor will it be so difficult you will not be able to complete it. Write your assignments in your agenda. If you are absent, call your study partner to see if there is an assignment you can complete with what you have at home.
