Tips for success:

    1. Be prepared for class each day.

    2. Organize materials according to teacher

        direction.  

    3.  Complete homework daily.

    4.  Use agenda to write down assignments. 

 

 

Adolescent Literacy: Students should come to class daily with a journal, silent reading book, binder, their literature textbook as well as a pen. The silent reading book should be on the student's independent reading level.

Science: Students should bring their textbook and binder to class daily. 

English:  Students should have their binder and pen with them each day.

Grammar, spelling, and writing are all part of the English program.

The students will also be reading novels. 

 Geography: Students should have book, binder, handouts, and pen with them daily.

Resource Support:  Students will learn strategies to help them in their general education classes. 

IEP goals and objectives will be worked on at this time.
